Please take note that our Epic Berani Ride registration will be closed today, 30th of June at 7.00pm. Please do not bank in any money to our account after 7.00pm today and onwards. If you do so, there will be no money back refund. The money will goes into Batu Pahat Charity Fund.

1- Please do a proper signboard. Put there "Monsoon Ride 09" not "Rempoh Adventure". You're making us confuse.(see above..)
2- Please give briefing about the track,the signboard and the signage before flag off. Just knew the "tanah runtuh" and the track was cut to 34km at waterpoint 3.
3- Poor track marking.We were lost twice.

Congratulation and thank you for the event. As for me, the event quite well-organised and the track totally superb with forestview and cool river. Looking forward for the Sungai Lembing Race on March 2010 ...

Head towards Durian Tunggal town and after you pass underneath the overhead highway flyover, turn left and head towards Macap Umboo/Macap Baru.

24 Hours of Mountain Bike Cross Country Race

We are introducing Relay Team race instead of Solo. The event is also known as 24 Hours of Bumpy Madness. The reason why we call it 'Bumpy' is because of the trails which are really bumpy. The trails are mixtures of single track, downhill, uphill and more. The venue will be announce as soon as possible. The date of the race will be on the 13th until 15th November 2009. On the 13th, there will be a BBQ night with sponsors and riders as a main gathering before the actual race on the next day. Plentong Ride - 05 April 2009

Yo Yo Yo Bro! Let's get ready for the Plentong Ride! It'll be massive! hahaha!

ROUTE DESCRIPTION
Distance: 50++km (can add along the way if tak puas)
Highest Point: 82m
Highest Speed Achieved: 48.9km/h
Terrain Difficulty: Moderate, pack with short climbs and decents with 25% being technical. Quite close to a standard race course but hell easier.
Terrain Type: 75% sheltered. Mix of smooth fire road, rocky ups and downs, smooth single track and very technical single tracks with multiple jumps, man made bridge, hell muddy track and eh...indon kampung road. 50% oil palm 50% rubber estate.

Things to bring:
1) Mosquito repellent (very important for faggots who cannot stand mosquito attack)
2) Water Proof all your belongings (letak hp, wallet, condom, etc kat dalam plastic bag) - just in case it rains or if it rains the night before...wah lau...ber-air mannnn.
3) Lite energy snacks (roti, chocolate, tora, meow meow, popo, etc..)
4) Lots of water (min: 2 liters)
5) Fresh cloths to change after ride (mandi in my apartment before balik - don't worry, no spy cam one) and mandi accessories (soap, towel - takde pinjam pinjam ya)
6) Bring enough money (makanlah rumput dengan lembu kalau takde)
7) Some necessary bike tools and spares
8) Sun block (to remain pai pai even after hours of ride)
9) Maybe walkie-talkie
10) Camera?

MEETING PLACE - 7.00am (is it too early ar?)
Waiting Bay right after Kempas Tol Plaza (100% can see me once you bayar tol)

GETTING FROM BP TO MEETING PLACE (estimate reaching time - 1hr 20min)
Masuk Highway dari Ayer Hitam and head towards Johor Bahru. Estimate time (Ayer Hitam to Skudai Tol): 45 minutes. Bayarlah MYR9.10! Lepas bayar, jalan tegak for a distance of around 10KM (jangan pandai pandai belok ke mana mana!), than tol lagi! Itulah dia...Plaza Tol Kempas (Meeting Place). Bayar lagi celaka tu MYR2.10. Lepas bayar tengok left...you akan nampak lelaki yang paling handsom kat JB dan itu lah saya...

KEMPAS TOL TO PLENTONG RIDE SPOT
Around 10 minutes. There is a huge parking space enough for 30 cars and its safe. Breakfast? There's a mamak shop within walking distance...

START RIDDING AS AND WHEN WE ARE READY BUT THE EARLIER THE BETTER COZ IT WILL GET REAL HOT...

There's Tea and lunch break along the journey. So, no worries for lack of water points and food.

We've thrown in a swimming session as well right before lunch break at the water catchment area to freshen up a little.

Estimate riding time: 5 or maybe 6 hours...

Stop and rest as and when needed.

Looking forward to see all of you soon...the more people the more fun but janganlah sampai 500,000 olang lah...a group of 10 to 15 will be great!

Welcome to Nature Bikers Club

Nature Bikers Club was started in this not too small town but very busy town of Batu Pahat, Johor with lots of places for outdoor activities in year 2008 by our president Terry Ho,a sales representative in a car line who loves nature and outdoor activities like fishing,camping,4WD,hashing and last but not least MOUNTAIN BIKING.
Or Nature Bikers Club started out with few and today we have around 40 very bubbly,enthusiastic and hardcore members,young and old from all walks of life and with a member who owns a bicycle shop where we would normally drop by in the evening to chi-chat,kaypoh and updating on the upcoming events and happenings in town or outstation.
We do have joint ride and participated in a few events organized by outstation mountain biking clubs namely PCC/MCC/Kuala Lumpur Mountain Bike Hash/Taiping Mountain Bike Club and Singapore Biking ride too.We have our own ride to Bekok Taman Negara,Endau Rompin Taman Negara not too long ago and many more to come.
We ride on every Sunday at 7.00am.Our normal distance ride is about 30km off-road.
All are welcome to join us if you wants to get your adrenalin flowing...SWEAT IT OUT!!!
